AZ Rural Takeover

Defend your hometown

Our rural way of life will come to an end unless we stop the massive new developments that threaten to consume small towns in the Valley of the Sun. With nearly 1,000,000 homes planned for development in Arizona, our traditional and peaceful rural areas will be transformed into a sprawling mega smart city metropolis, doubling the current footprint of the Valley. Hundreds of thousands of homes and apartments, industrial centers, shopping centers, freeways, surface streets, and even the largest rail yard in the United States are planned—leaving our rural communities unrecognizable.

Massive swaths of Arizona State Trust Land are being Identified and sold for development

Hundreds of thousands of acres of Arizona trust lands have been sold to developers to expand urban areas to every corner of the valley.

The sheer size of working lands being transformed into urban areas is staggering. There are numerous prized historical sites, recreation opportunities, existing motorized roads, hiking trails, and even historical wagon roads and pack trails used by Arizona pioneers.
